How the Process Works

CurbFetch does NOT require extra hardware and even allows your employees to safely use their own devices if you wish.  Here is what you can expect for your customer interactions:

Get Started Now

Order Comes In

A member of your staff that takes the order enters:


Select Curbside, Pick-up or Delivery

Mobile Phone, 

First Name 

Your Internal Order # 


into CurbFetch. And, yes, we are working on integrations with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Text Message to Customer

Your customer gets their first text message:


"Your order with {Your Business Name} has been placed.  We will text you here when your order is ready for pickup."

You Complete Order

A member of your staff simply taps on the READY button on the order card and an SMS goes back to customer reading (response varies and curbside response shown):


"Your order with {Your Business Name} is ready for pick up.  Reply 'HERE' when you have arrived."

Customer Replies "HERE"

Your customer has arrived and receives one more quick request (only for curbside):


"Please reply with your vehicle Make/Model/Color so our staff can find you."

You Close Out Order

A member of your staff simply taps on the PICKED UP button on the order card and an SMS goes back to customer reading:


"Thank you for ordering with {Your Business Name}.  We'll see you again soon."
